Nice, but not as soft as others

I have a few La Cera nightgowns and I love them for our HOT Sacramento summers. I thought this one was the shorter chemise style and that's why I ordered it. It's not, it's mid calf but that's OK. The print is fine, too, not my favorite but it's nice that it's not see through. What I'm not thrilled about is the fabric is heavier and stiffer than others. I've already washed it a few times and it's still stiff I'll keep washing it some more and I'm sure it'll eventually soften up, but would love it if La Ceral would make more of the thinner cotton chemises in plus sizes. They're impossible to find but if I do find them I'll buy more.
