Fabric Issue

I purchased soft pull on pants recently with a band at the ankles which I expected to be of the same fabric as similar La Cera pants I bought last fall. These new pants are soft and comfy, but the fabric is nubby in an unattractive way— with a look of pilling that occurs with older wool garments that are getting worn out. I also prefer pants without the banded ankle feature, but loved the fabric of my original pair so could compromise with the style. My 2 new pairs also shed on cloth seats, especially the dark blue ones. Quite disappointing…
